Requirements
- The worker cannot self-apply under decreto flussi: only the employer can file the request. If anyone asks you to pay to file it for you, stop and read the scam warnings guide.
- Employer has a digital identity (SPID or CIE) and valid business registration.
- Passport details are correct on the request.
- Employer has the verifica preventiva outcome and housing proof.
