Short answer
The nulla osta is the approval that lets you apply for the work visa. Check it and note its validity.
Information, not legal advice. MovItaly is not a law firm. Check with the questura or consulate before you act.
Who is this for
Workers whose request was approved.
Requirements
- The worker cannot self-apply under decreto flussi: only the employer can file the request. If anyone asks you to pay to file it for you, stop and read the scam warnings guide.
- The nulla osta names you correctly, with the right passport number.
- The employer sent you a copy, or you can access it through the consulate system.
